1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our work—including digital downloads, CRM automation setups, custom funnels, and consulting—all purchases are final and non-refundable.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Starter Kits

  • CRM setups & automations

  • AI agents & AI workflows

  • Digital templates & downloads

  • Sales funnels & landing pages

  • Branding kits or frameworks

  • Custom GPT agent setups

  • Monthly consulting retainers

  • Done-for-you services

  • Any subscription or one-time service

Once a purchase is completed, no cancellations, chargebacks, or refunds will be issued.


2. Digital Products Cannot Be Returned

Because digital files and automation systems are immediately accessible and impossible to “return,” refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.

This prevents:

  • Downloaded file misuse

  • Download–refund abuse


3. Custom Work Is Not Eligible for Refunds

Since significant time, strategy, and development go into these services, refunds are not offered at any stage.


4. Delivery Timeframes

Typical delivery timelines are:

  • Starter Kits: 24–48 hours

  • Consulting Services: 3–10 days

  • Custom CRM/AI Automations: 7–21 business days

Delays due to missing client information or slow communication do not qualify for refunds.

Clients must provide:

  • Login access

  • Required assets

  • Business details

  • Any requested information

Failure to do so will extend the delivery timeline.


5. Chargebacks Are Not Allowed

By purchasing, you agree NOT to file a chargeback for any reason.

Unauthorized chargebacks will result in:

  • Immediate termination of access

  • Submission of all documentation to the payment processor

  • Legal action to recover lost revenue and damages

We take chargeback fraud seriously.


6. Subscription Billing

If you purchase subscription-based services:

  • Billing renews automatically

  • You must cancel before the next billing date

  • No refunds are issued for partial months or unused time

Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.

While refunds are not offered, we do provide:

  • Fixes for errors directly caused by our team

Refunds may only be considered if:
