All Sales Are Final. No Refunds.

Once work has begun or files have been delivered, no refunds or cancellations are allowed.

5. Delivery Timeline

Due to custom build requirements:

  • Starter Kits: 24–48 hours
  • Consulting Services: Varies based on scope (typically 3–10 days)
  • Done-For-You Systems: 7–21 business days
  • AI Automation Builds: Estimated timelines provided in writing

Delays may occur based on client responsiveness, missing assets, or project revisions.

6. Client Responsibilities

To complete your setup, you agree to provide requested materials promptly, including but not limited to:

  • Login access
  • Branding assets
  • Business details
  • Funnel/offer information

Delays in providing required materials will extend delivery times.

7. Intellectual Property

All digital files, templates, scripts, automations, and systems are protected by copyright.

You are granted a single-business-use license only.

You MAY NOT:

  • Resell
  • Distribute
  • Share
  • Transfer access
  • Upload files to public repositories
  • Claim the work as your own

Violation may result in legal action and a damages claim.

8. Limitation of Liability

ST Media Systems is not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue
  • Business delays
  • Technical issues caused by third-party platforms
  • Results or performance of your business
  • Client errors or misuse of systems

Your use of our services is at your own risk.

We make no guarantees of income, results, or future performance.

9. No Guarantee of Results

We provide tools, systems, and strategies designed to help your business grow, but we do not guarantee:

  • Any specific income
  • Any number of clients
  • Specific performance metrics
  • Business outcomes

Your results depend on your effort, market conditions, and ability to execute.

10. Confidentiality

Any information you share with us is kept confidential and used only for service delivery.

We do not sell or share your data.

11. Third-Party Tools & Integrations

Our systems may integrate with platforms such as:

We are not responsible for outages, failures, or changes made by these third-party providers.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

No refunds will be issued upon termination.
